Colonoscopy/Endoscopy Uc - help

Really need help and all the opinions!!!
I have been flaring since october 2019 it started off with vomitting and increased BM. I had never experienced vomitting before especially like this. After 15-20 days I took OTC Emetrol for nausea few times a day and the extreme nausea/vomitting stopped. I was trying to control my flare without the usage of steroids and just using my ayurvedic meds I have been using for years. Couple weeks laterI I had extreme belching again never experienced before and the vomitting on off. The need of vomitting never went away it has always been there since it started. Along with these symptoms I also hair mouth sores which went away after otc meds and I have been having extreme hair loss and still am lost 80% of my hair. Now finally in February I took uceris its been 20 days now. The uceris was helping until I took the barium liquid for a upper Gi I had to do to find out the cause of vomitting. I again have diarrhea and abdominal pain. My upper GI and esophogram came clear. Now my question is I would really like to find out the cause of the persistent vomitting. My doctor is pushing for a colonoscopy which I last did during my last flare 4 years ago. I am really afraid to do it at this point to do the colonoscopy as my flare needs to come back to control. Just the barium has messed me up i cant imagine what the colonoscopy would do. And also should I do endscopy to find out the cause of the vommit? Should I do one of the two? both? none? Please help!!!!

No other choice but the colonoscopy especially would trigger my flare up more.

@straydog Thank you for your opinion. You think it would be okay to escape the colonoscopy? I am stuck in a dilemma. I did a bone density test for my osteporosis few years ago and going to repeat it soon. Lately I did the urine test waiting for the results.

Firstly, find out what's going on in your gastro tract.

Have you had CT or MRI?

If I needed both, I would do them together, so I was sedated only once. Have they ever considered Chrohns since you have the sores in your mouth?

Speaking as one who has been labeled with Behcet's Disease for 45 years, that is a tough and rare diagnosis, you need to find a real expert. Mayo may be a good starting place, and a deep dive into Google should also help. My primary symptom has always been UC like, and more recently skin rashes, joint swelling and uveitis.
