Have I just ****ed everything up!!!!

I started on a biosimilar medication to Humira at the end of June.
After 6 weeks I was back to normal, no blood, urgency and normal stool.
2 weeks ago I was suffering from Costochondritis and the A&E doc gave me Difene for a week which I took not realising how bad it was for UC.
Now since Friday I have blood, nausea and back pain the usual UC symptoms rearing their ugly head 😔 I have gone back to taking my steroid foam at night for the past 4 days but no difference so far.
Have I just completely messed up my healing, can I get back on track or have I just ****ed everything up 😭

So far 1-2 bms and formed. I take Psyllium Husk tablets, 6 a day but had been slacking a bit last week so last Friday when I had to strain to go to the toilet and saw blood I thought it was from that but yesterday and today I can feel the telltale signs of a UC flare, nausea, back and left side pain.

I haven't used the Suppositories or foam in about 6 weeks once the biologics started to take effect just the oral Pentasa but I started back the foam 4 days ago when I began to suspect a flare was starting.
