Hi i used mutaflor for about a year. I live close to Germany so i could just drive over the border to buy it, as they sell it in pretty much any pharmacy over there.
From the uk there used to be an option to buy it online, but the problem is that it needs to stay cooled/refrigerated (it's ok to leave it out for a day or two) and with brexit importing from the EU is now messy and slow.
Tbh I didn't notice any change in my bowel symptoms positive or negative. It's supposed to be good if you get food poisoning for out-competing the pathogenic bacteria. Next time I'm in Germany i might buy a pack to keep in the fridge just in case.
So basically- take a trip to Germany once travel restrictions are lifted 😁

I've been using Florastor for many years with very good results. It's available through Amazon and contains saccharomyces boulardil lyo CNCM 1-745. It does not have to be refrigerated, is a capsule but does have a fairly short life span....approx. 2 months. Just another one for you to investigate. Best of luck.
