Best Probiotic - Your Advice

All,

I’m switching probiotics for last 10+ years.
Few years back I tried VSL3 and suddenly they stopped manufacturing/rebranded it. Then I switched to Renew life and using it on and off. Today I saw VSL3 is back and wondering to switch back to VSL3. It is expensive, but if it makes gut comfortable I’m ok paying for it. Can you please advise or recommend if it is worth using it based on your experiences.

All you can do is try it and have your own experience. Make your decision based on that.

you might try taking the one in my signature too -

oh wait, i don't take one - how long have you gone w/o taking one ? i found i wasn't finding success after taking one for 4 or 5 yrs - now i just eat -
