If you haven't already, contact your gasteroenterologist for some labs (Calprotectin stool test or C-Reactive Protein blood test, and an infectious stool panel series to rule out CDIFF) and discuss medicine adjustments.
First, make sure it isn't CDIFF.
Second, everyone flares eventually, even on strong meds like inflectra.
If you don't have antibodies, then it might just be a run-of-the-mill flare, easily beaten with a short course of a steroid like budesonide or Prednisone.
