Yet another colonoscopy….

Just had yet another colonoscopy this morning 3rd or 4th since 17’ when diagnosed with UC. Unfortunately I had originally 25cm of inflammation last March and according to the results today it is now 35cm.
Thought? Is that bad?
My doc wanted to see why stelera wasn’t working and to get a better look. Obviously Stelera wasn’t for me and now thinking either Xeljanz or going back to Entyvio again. I did the sutab pill prep and it wasn’t bad until the second part of the prep and boy I felt nauseous as a mofo. Way better than the drink prep.

Hi Ryan, I looked back at your history on Entyvio & your response was not all that great, you seem to be ok for a short period of time & things would start to go south. I don't know what else you have tried, however, I would be thinking Xeljanz in my future. Of course, only you can decide which of the two to try.

Good luck with whatever you decide on, it sucks not feeling good.

I would advise not going back to something that didn't really work the first time around. I have had good results on xeljanz when biologics didn't work for me.

I would definitely not revert to Entyvio if it was not working well.

I guess an even more important question right now is what are your current symptoms on Stelara with the 35cm of inflammation. Have they worsened since you started?
