Rinvoq and dizziness

Did anyone get dizzy when they started Rinvoq? My first 45 mg dose was last Wednesday. Ever since, I had dizziness but since yesterday night it increased. Is this normal? I take it for Crohn’s. I used to have similar dizziness when I was taking Remicade. I considered it then to be a normal side effect of the dose and I tolerated it for 7 years. The pharmacy was calling me and then they inquired whether Rinvoq had kicked in and if there are any side effects. I mentioned that I have dizziness. So they suggested that it would be better if I consulted my GI. I texted him and waiting for his reply.

I haven’t noticed any dizziness on rinvoq. My main starting side effects were chest heaviness/tightness, hard to walk uphill/upstairs, out of breath, severe lethargy. It was hard to do anything those first few days but I was also very sick recently from getting the shingles vaccine 3 days before. I dont have any of those side effects now though since being on it for 4 months.

My GI replied and said that dizziness would take a few days and then resolve on its own. It’s normal at the beginning of taking the med.
