Has anyone here tried digestive enzymes & have they had success with them? I’ve had a few friends with various other autoimmune diseases tell me they’ve had a lot of benefits since starting them. Just curious if anyone with UC has had any experiences…

I use RenewLife DigestMORE reg strength and Natural Factors Soothe Digest with supper only.
Regarding success... I hope for better digestion and nothing more.
