What is going on with my Blood pressure ?

 All of a sudden I have had a sudden jump in blood pressure.  My reading have been in the low hundreds over seventy for a couple of years.  I take Enalapril and Bystolic to keep things undercontrol.  For the last two days or so, my readings have been as high as 163/92.  This is scaring me.  Not good as I also have anxiety problems. Funny thing is, my doctor put me on an anti-depressant a month or so ago and I have been feeling less stressed out and almost calm.  Seems like the pressures should be going down not up.  Anyone know what could be going on?  Have a doctor appointment next week.

I do not know what meds you are on but did you look up the side effects as some of the AD meds may cause increase in BP ?
