Hello
Just a quick question, I may be worrying about
nothing. I've got a heart rate monitor at home, and every time I check my resting rate (before I'm about
to go to sleep), it's between 45-50. Whenever I get it checked at the Doc's it's 70-80, but that's hardly resting considering you're up and active and perhaps slightly uncomfortable?
I'm 21 years old, but I'm not physically active to be honest, my diet isn't great and I'm slightly overweight. I often get palpitations (missed beat then a forceful one) which take my breath away, but the doc says this is normal?
So is a resting heart rate of 45-50 too slow? :/
