Martefarin- Warfarin long-term use ( supplements? )

There are many side effects of Martefarin - Warfarin, is there anything what patient can do to prolong quality of his blood vessels.

After 21 years of Martefarin (metal mitral valve replacement) his blood vessels are thin with 60% calcification.

Is there any herb that interact with Martefarin and together better dilute blood or dissolve calcification?

Is there any drug that protects blood vessel layers from Martefarin ?

You can talk to your doctor/healthcare provider about MK7 (Vitamin K2). K2 is associated with the reduced risk of coronary calcification.

Are you limiting Vitamin K intake? All I've talked to said still eat the Vitamin K rich foods, just make sure it is consistent and manage your doses around the consistent intake of those foods.

I'm about to have my second Aortic Valve Replacement and am going mechanical this time, so I've been reading a lot about anticoagulant therapy with warfarin.
