taking my frail mum to new Zealand next week as her sis has end stage cancer and has only been given a few weeks. I will be away for 2 weeks or so. I hope some members will help around, Susie is around, that is cool, but she needs some buddies. thx Susie for checking in on the heart forum. got stuff to sort. keep strong everyone.

Aw HT so sorry to hear about your aunt. I am sure it will mean a great deal to the sisters to see each other. I have 3 & am very close to one. Her & I have always either lived in the same town or we were within a couple hours of each other. Safe travels & we will see you when you get back.

we may not make it in time. mums sis in hospital and can't talk. a few days. mum will ring and talk and sis listen. I am sure some gestures will ensue. thx Susie.

been and back. she passed a day before we arrived, peacefully. lovely funeral and service. am home catching up. spent quality time with family, and mum was grateful. cheers.

cheers, am happy, she in a good place now. terminal cancer and parkinsons, plus a menagerie of medical.
