My recent heart attack

This last week I had a heart attack. I didn't know I was having the heart attack for maybe 30 hours after I lifted a heavy object. Anyway, when I finally went to the emergency room they ended up installing 3 stents. I was in the ACU for 4 nights. I am male, 59.

I wonder if some one could explain this to me please.

Then there is a circle that is cut into sections. Four of these sections have the number 2 on them and this the areas of hypokinisis. All of the other sections have a number 1 which is normal. There is a score of 1.24 that describes this circle. I'm not understanding the 1.24.
