19 and Healthy (resting heart rate 59)
ECG Normal
Not done the treadmill test yet (delayed due to Covid shutdowns)
Heart Doctor still says I should start taking NADOLOL
Family History of Heart issues, including LTQS.
So should I start taking this drug or wait until I do the treadmill test? No symptoms ever, was a competive athlete until covid shut down things. Only know I have LQTS b/c my uncle passed out , found out he had it, and then I had genetic testing done...
The long QT should show up on an EKG if you have it.
It’s not a given you will get it right?
You’re more susceptible because of your genetics?
