Well, here goes: I haven't even named it!
Brown rice, make according to servings
1 can Pinto beans, organic has no spices
1 can Black beans, rinse spices away
1 cup Brocolli, cut to small pieces
1 cup Cauiflower, cut to small pieces
1-1/2 cup cheese sauce
(I use cheese packet from Mac &
Cheese, and throw away to mac)
1/2 cup extra cheddar cheese in sauce
6 slices thick cut bacon, cooked crispy &
chopped into pieces
Put all of it in a large bowl and mix together.
Goes well with a salad and sourdough bread.
and no tomatoes!
This is a lot of work, but it is pretty tasty.
Make only enough vegetables for what you
will eat at a sitting, they don't taste so
good when reheated. Sometimes I eat it
without the veggies at all.
It's very healthy, beans plus brown rice =
the perfect complex carbohydrate. Very
filling, if you can only eat once or twice
a day it will fill you up. Enjoy!
