Does redness in the throat always indicate reflux?

I had an endoscopy of my throat. The doctor said it was due to acid reflux.

Is it 100% certain that redness in the throat is due to reflux?

The reason I am asking is, I have a feeling that I have a nerve related problem,
laryngeal sensory neuropathy.

The only symptom that does not add up is the redness in the throat.

Negative.

I actually had another throat endoscopy a few months later and he didn't think it was unusually red.

Then again, the doctor said he doesn't really look for redness when he performs the endoscopy.
