GERD or Oral Cancer?

Hello. I am from India. I am 21 years old. I do not smoke. I have not drunk more than 4-5 bottles of beer in my life. I am slightly overweight and do eat out a lot.
I used to have cases of heartburn once in a month or two. Last one I had was a month back and was so strong that I visited a doctor. He said I have GERD without even touching my throat once.
Now, two weeks ago I started feeling that whatever I was eating seemed more spicy and hot. And the tip and sides of my tongue burned all day as if I have sipped a very hot cup of tea. After a few days, that vanished but the loss of feeling in the opening of the mouth has stayed on. Though whether it is lesser now or I have just gotten used to it, I am not sure.
Then I saw there was a red spot in the back of my mouth, but that vanished soon.
Then I developed a sore throat. And I was feeling a lump in my throat every time I swallowed. One day, a whitish mass, probably a tonsil stone, came out and swallowing has not been problematic after that.
Then I woke up with a pain in the right side of my neck day before yesterday and that has stayed, though apparently lesser now. I also have a slightly broken voice. And I feel a stinging pain near my heart sometimes. And a slight throbbing in my ears.
I have been extremely worried. Do I have any form of cancer or are these different back-to-back symptoms related to GERD?

I have the same problems, this is reflux that gets into the throat, get some medication so that it will stop it before it gets worse, and change your diet, no more spicy food :) at leat for a while

i don't know about cancer, but it burns like hell in the back of the throat, it gets hard to swallow and it feels like you have a golfball stuck inside there and you might get throaght ulcers too

u don't want that, its very hard to treat if its gets that bad, I'm having it for the past year despite medication
