Anyone have LPR/GERD surgery at Mayo Clinic in Florida?

I have addressed the following to Bruce, who may not be active on this forum presently. So--if anyone has had experience with surgery at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville--I would love to hear from you. I'm probably going for the Toupet Fundoplication...but the LINX is still a possibility.
bcfromfl~~Bruce, I have read all your posts with much interest! Your LPR symptoms are so similar to mine. Also--I have an upcoming appt. with the surgeon at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. I REALLY wanted to pursue the LINX...but after much research and a couple of tests, I am convinced my poor motility makes me NOT a good candidate. So--my meeting with the surgeon will be to discuss the Toupet Fundoplication 270--I am guessing. I have researched every possible procedure--including the TIF, so I'm most interested in what you ended up doing at Mayo...that is, which procedure, and after these 4 years??--are you happy with your decision? I would love to hear your experience, as well as your post care at Mayo. Thank you.
