On Monday I was eating beef stew. I had a bad episode where on one of my swallows it was painful. Since than I have been fine but am still worried. Hass this happened to anyone????

I had an endo a year ago and everything was fine. Any feed back would be appreciated

Hey there skooby. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It was one episode, and you said you have been fine since then. Keep an eye on yourself, and if it starts happening more, or the pain is more severe, then definately talk to your doctor. Keep us posted!

I am thinking that maybe I did not chew enough. This happeneed one before with vitamins when I took too many at once without enough water
