I have had an unbearably dry throat for 2 years. I have used zero seasonings, eating very bland foods, like a good GERD patient...I also have only been drinking water.
REcently, I have decided to try seasoned salt. The unbearable lump in my throat is getting a bit better, finally. Just a tad. Could it be that not having any salt in my diet was causing my throat to be too dry??
My electrolytes were checked and all was normal with that...
Also, I can't drink gatorade, because it's terrible for my GERD...
So, was it unhealthy to not have salt at all for 2 years?? Maybe it was part of the reason why it's been hard to get rid of the lump in my throat??
