i have chronic posterior laryngitis which all ENT's have said it's due to reflux, i had ph monitoring and a bilitec which came back negative but i spit yellow saliva every morning, wake up with a sore throat, foul taste, bad breath and have dysphonia since 8 months now, i know of one person who had this and the usual tests didnt detect her reflux either, she had to get a chemical analysis of her saliva that revealed digestive enzymes and a bunch of other stuff, has anyone heard of something similar, i want to analize my saliva to know whats damaging my throat but nobody does this in my country Chile
here's a pdf of my bilitec http://www.zshare.net/download/8893350453792b5a/ i have a 23 min supine bile reflux episode but the dr says i have no bile reflux so im confused, bilitec measures bile in the esophagus and my problem is in the throat maybe that had something to do idk, im very tired of all this dr's dont believe me but my laryngoscopies keep showing a swollen larynx and i keep spitting that nasty yellow stuff, please help
ps: i had an endoscopy done which showed a bile pool in my stomach the dx was duodenogastric reflux
