Sandi,
Ok, girlfriend, you are working 8 hours a day so you deserve to feel tired at the end of a busy day. With your travel time to and from work and getting ready every morning you are like doing at least 10 hour days just for work.
Doing all this education is keeping my mind occupied as well as helping me realize that I really do know a lot about my field. Last night I got 100% on the Borderline Personalities Test - Oh my ! I also got 100% on the Telemetry monitoring so I guess I am still holding on to a well rounded understanding of medical conditions. I did a study on GERD but alas only scored 95%. The good part, I am able to accept not being perfect now compared to when I went to college I would only accept being perfect -
I am sorry your Atrial Fib is still an issue and looking into cardioversion sounds like a good idea to me. I also have been questioning my own longevity simply due to the fact that my father died at age 73 and my sister at 68. I also have high cholesterol. I think it is natural when you get to a certain age or you have a medical condition to wonder but stay out of the worry lane re lengevity.
You know you can say whatever you want here. We are here for each other and your right, our families are not always our best sounding boards as sometimes they just don't want to talk about anything sad or bad and we want to protect them. When I tell my husband I am feeling anxious or I am having a bad day he will often just tell me "You will be fine" or asks me, " What is different about today then yesterday when you were fine?" That is the million dollar question and if I could answer that myself I could save the world.
Nashville - country music, the Grand Old Opry and gorgeous country. I hope you are able to go in March. You deserve a trip so I will say a prayer that you will be able to go.
Feel like a good cry, then give yourself permission to have one and no guilt as tears are good for the soul.
Bill,
I had a humdinger of a nightmare last night, like something out of a horror movie and way to graphic. Hope your doing better.
Happy Friday to everyone and be well,
Kitt
