Bloat, belching and constipation-6 mths post nissan

Had paraesophogial HH repair and nissan exactly 6 months ago. No significant issues recovering, other than extreme nausea in weeks 3-4 post surgery... and by month 3, I was almost back to normal. Within last six weeks I've developed excessive belching, bloat and constipation. The constipation is so bad I can only go with a laxative. It seems my colon has stopped working.

I've gained almost 7 pounds in last 3 weeks and have not been eating excessively or changing my pretty health diet.

The belching is embarrasing and uncomfortable. I am a petite female that is belching like a man in a frat house! It's horrible.

Has anyone experienced any of these issues? Any advice is appreciated.
