I know the diet thing is not great! I have to say pizza's totally give me problems now - even ones with a tiny amount of tomato on them! You do loose a lot of weight with this - which in my case isn't much of an issue - as I have weight to loose. Can you tolerate dairy? I tend to make pasta now with a homemade white sauce - but that uses a little bit of butter and semi-skimmed milk (half fat milk), chicken breast and veg. I can give you the recipe if you want! I also make myself risotto now - which I never used to do - you have to start looking at different things that you can eat - and fill up on the ones that agree with you. For some strange reason I crave cauliflower cheese a lot - which I find very tasty and it doesn't upset me. I have got to really loving avocado too. You have to look at your diet from a different angle - try some new things and see what works!
You will get upset and down sometimes - I do too, I can't eat some of my very favorite foods - but with experimenting you might find some new favorites!
