Shoulder pains after meals!!!

Hi,
I'm 3 months post op. All went will I'm eating normal again but still small meals. Surgery was successful! But the last month iv been experience extreme sharp shoulder/neck pain, usually after a meal. It starts off as a small headache and then extreme shoulder pain in my left shoulder to my neck. For a while I thought it was actually my shoulder until I noticed it was coming about after I would eat. I never ever had this problem until after this surgery.

Does anyone else have similar problems?

Or know what's going on?
