you wake up feeling relatively well, sometimes even better than usual then suddenly everything goes to hell? I'm having one of those today and I absolutely hate it!
What started out as a good morning with only slight SOB (I figured I accidentally slept on my right side part of the night) that went away within an hour turned into a dizziness roller coaster (goes from bad to horrible to almost gone to bad again) with difficulty breathing instead of SOB (where you feel your chest being tight/heavy as opposed to not catching your breath), a constricting feeling at the bottom of the neck/throat, 3 bowel mouvements so far and feeling so tired that I already want to go back to bed 3 hours into the day.
If i didn't know better I'd already be in the ER but I know it's LPR (possibly made worst by indigestion - the increased BM points to indigestion at least, but I have no clue why I'd have an indigestion. I ate broccoli and carrots as last meal yesterday and they never gave me problems before). Sorry I needed to vent a bit this morning, it's so frustrating to have a small glimpse of a good day just to have it be ripped away so quickly, to make matters worst I cannot think of anything I could've done to set it off (aside from possibly turning on my right side during the night but that's quite hard to control).
Also if you do experience those kind of days do you notice your regular symptoms not being as bad? For example so far I haven't had the need to clear my throat, my nose isn't stuffed, I have burped only once or twice and haven't passed any gas and my throat is barely in any pain yet everything else that usually doesn't bother me too much is on overdrive.
Anyway what do you guys do during those days? What helps you manage your symptoms that are going crazy? So far I found that walking helps me or at least just standing up is much better than sitting. Also sipping water slowly seems to clear some the acid away - it relieves the neck/throat constriction at a minimum.
