Is this black tarry coffeeground stool?

Sorry it’s gross. For the last two days I have had this. I already know I have a H. Pylori infection but my doctor wanted to give me a rest from antibiotics for a few weeks before we start treating it. I’ve also had terrible acid reflux and heartburn the last few days. Have I developed an ulcer/bleed?

Hi there! I am certainly no Dr., but can tell you black, coffee ground looking stuff in Vomit is a sign of internal bleeding. However, I do not know if it indicates the same issue in a stool. But I would DEFINITELY see a Dr ASAP!! Better safe than sorry!! Best of luck!!
