Just advice on fizzy drinks. It's been three and half years since Nissen am I allowed drink a fizzy drink like a fanta orange.

Yes, but be careful as fizzy drinks can cause gas/bloating.

Are you able to burp at least a little? If not I wouldn't drink anything fizzy.
If you still can't burp after 3.5 years your wrap may be too tight. Ask your doctor!

Alcie,
I can burp a little but not like I used to but what I do is allow the fizzy drink to go almost flat so there is only a small amount of bubble.
