One Swollen lymph node in throat cause of PPIs or Omepra?

I have one swollen lymph node in my throat since 3 weeks. I diagnosed with GERD and my family doctor advised me to take Omeprazole twice a day. It is helping me with the GERD symptoms. But could it be a reason for my swollen lymph node in my throat ??

My doctor already done X-ray of my neck but it looks normal.

Is there anyone can give a advice?

We aren't medical professionals on this Forum, and can't dispense medical advice. I can tell you that I've never experienced swollen lymph nodes while on PPIs, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. Did you asked your doctor if he thought the swollen lymph node was possibly caused by you taking Omeprazole?

I have appointment with my doctor in following week.

But i read the discussion in this sites. Discussion was made in 2005 regarding same thing.
