Not sure what I have?

Used to suffer really extreme acid reflux. Was on omeprazole 10 years and eventually came off them and healed my stomach.

Few years later I’m suffering with the various symptoms -

Occasional swallowing is uncomfortable
Sore throat occasionally
Throat / oesophagus hurts when eating fruit again occasionally
A slight tugging / light burning in the throat etc

None of these are really awful but can’t seem to get rid. Omeprazole not making a difference…

I wondered as I have a deviated septum with mouth breathing at night , whether it’s contributing to these symptoms ?
