Any teens/20s with hip replacement (or knee)?

Has anyone in their teens or twenties have hip or knee replacement? Or know anyone who has? How long are the docs saying the replacements should last these days? A young family member probably has to get one and I'm wondering about the longevity of the modern ones. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.
