Allargie due to smoking

I'm suffering from Allergic from last 2 years. If I eat any fruit which is cool to our health I suffer from very bad cold.
I also consult a ENT specialist but the treatment was not successful. Recently I read about the Allergic in a book which
says that the main cause of this problem is smoking. I'm a chain smoker, I smoke 40 cigarettes per day
So you guys are better know about the cause of Allergic. If the smoking is the main cause of this problem, then
Kindly suggest me the steps how to drop my smoking. Thank you.

I'm not sure if smoking is the root cause of your allergies. No one can tell you that it is or isn't. Only an allergist can determine if you are. But regardless, smoking that many cigerettes a day is not very healthy anyway and you should seek ways to quit or at least reduce the amount. You can try to use nicotine patches, pills, or cold turkey.

stuartdenley....please,please ,please get help to give up the cigarettes...they are going to give you so many problems in the future.Your habit is affecting your immune system and putting pressure on your lungs [they will be clogged up with mucus] and heart [having to work so hard to pump blood around the body]and eventually you will start to have problems with your blood pressure too.Giving up is so hard but worth the effort...believe me I have been there....Please try ...Be Well Grooveyx

Air is normally taken into the body through the nose and windpipe and into the bronchial tubes. At the end of the tubes are tiny air sacs called alveoli that deliver fresh air (oxygen) to the blood. The air sacs also collect stale air (carbon dioxide), which is exhaled out of the body. During normal breathing, the bands of muscle surrounding the airways are relaxed and air moves freely.
