Parasites in the eyes and how to get rid of them?

Has anyone who has had parasites in their eyes comment on how they've gotten rid of them?

 

I was thinking of trying Mepron, but blood flow to the eyes is a bit different, so I was wondering if that would be effective.  I will look into that again.

My son had dog worms in his eyes. Our dog later died of heartworm, but I don't remember if that was the particular one involved. They can't survive there, but they caused a scar on the macula, resulting in blindness in that eye. There was no treatment, nothing we could do. He gets along fine, just has to have a right-hand mirror on his car (standard these days).

They eye has a large blood supply, nice and warm, making it a place the worms like. An opthalmologist will prescribe the proper medicine.
