tattoo allergy scare. (if anyone knows about allergy or tattoos - HELP)

I have some crappy stick and poke tattoos, one swelled up and was itching. I have had the tattoos for over 8 months, can I have anaphylactic shock this long after? should I worry? this happend a few months ago to a diffrent one, they are all black ink, one has a bit of blue/white but thats not whats swelling

Seems a long time for it to be an allergic reaction. You should probably consult a doctor about this.

Sounds yucky!

Not anaphylactic shock, but allergy or intolerance possible. Infection possible too.

I'd see a doctor, maybe an allergist. Also find a place that removes them.

You are not in anqphylactic shock but you are hqving an allergic react and yes it can last minths because the allergen has never left your body. Its still there and your body is trying to fight it. Dont get another tatoo and if the swelling gets worse or u begin to have difficultu breathing vet a hold of a dr.
