You may want to try Symbicort. It has two drugs in it to help asthma. I have the type of asthma
That you have. I get into coughing fits that I couldn’t even breathe.
So, symbicort has a long acting albuterol in it and a low dose steroid. Both MAY HELP you.
This is trial and error. If this doesn’t help, you may want to talk to a Allergy and asthma specialist.
Or a pulmonologist, a lung doctor. Either can help you.
I have both doctors and have many outdoor allergies. I take Xolair injections once a month at my allergist office. At home, I take Qvar inhaler daily. It has made a big difference.
You will find what works for you. It takes a little time. Your goal is to not use your albuterol inhaler
As much at home. You will get there.
Best of luck! I hope this info helps.
