Hi, iam writting cause I when to my ent after dealing with a chronic sinusitis. After 6 course of different antibiotics in the last five months, and 7 days ago a metlyperdnisolone 6 day pack of 4 mg. And feel relief only the frist 2 days then had to start flonose after I started decreasing the dose. I when to my ent and he use that scope in my nose and there is no infection present just inflammation, my oxygen was 94 and my nasal
test show severe nasal restrictions. He decide to give ne a low dose injection of cortisone inside my both of nasal passsages, he said, is best way so like that you dont have to continue drinking the steriods. He said watch my sugar that in might elevated some, but my sugar A1C are 5.9, so I felt save. And I have have cortisone shot on tigger point and on heel with not to much increase. He said to continue flonse, allerga.ventilin. and flovent. Because of the oxygen level keep going dowm. My allergy were cause inflammation in my broncos to. Well my question is has ever had the ent doctor proform this on them for severe inflammation in the nasal passsage. Please if anyone has had to proform on then please share if it work.
