Sinus infection causes pneumonia?

Help! I've have allergies and asthma and sinuses, I currently been having swollen tonsils, now my chest burns, nose stuffy, coughing up green phlem and just recently got over an ear infection but I don't feel bad. Do any of these sound like pneumonia possibly?
