Two months ago I had a viral infections. Since then I've sad so many health problems. Neurological types problems, and endocrine (I have yet to see these specaltist). Recently I have had food redone testing done, sine after the viral infection I am reacting to everything. It turns out I am allergic to all nuts, corn, wheat, soy, egg white and yolks, milk. Most of these I'm I a 3 and 5 (5 being the highest on the scale). I have ever been this allergic to this many things before in my life, so my mother is wonder if the viral infection damaged my gut.
Now, I'm wondering, can eating your allergies on a daily basis cause me to feel EXTREME fatigue and feeling that my lungs are going to give out? My physical body is like a roller coaster. I'll feel ok (still very weak) and then all of the sudden my lungs feel super weak as well as my body. my Pulmnogist and allergist said my lungs are PERFECT. But they get this weird sensation. Also the left side of my tongue is constantlyly slightly swollen.
Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner, I usually eat something that I'm VERY allergic to. I'm a 5 on milk and I am ALWAYS having something with dairy in it.
