Hello & welcome to the forum. This forum has quite a few older threads about itching problems. You may want to use the search feature here & read them.
What I do suggest is to slow down. You are making too many changes all at once. If something brings relief you will not be able to pinpoint what has helped. OTC medications will not work in 2 days, you need to give them at least a good 10-14 days. If the Allegra doesn't work after that time frame, try Benadryl but you will get drowsy. Take it at bedtime. Same with the oatmeal baths, keep those up.
As far as food goes, keep a food diary. It will be boring but if you decide to start eliminating food you should document what happens. You can try gluten free but I think you are adding too many things to the mix.
Have you changed laundry soaps, bathing soaps, deodorants, shampoo & things like this? Anyway, I wanted to toss a few ideas out to you.
