Anyone have bad neck pain from anxiety?

i'm thinking it's just from stress but it won't let up.  :(  i've been to chiropractor and sports therapist guy i met once.  he stretched me alotttt - maybe i'm just sore from those too.  i was supposed to use ice but haven't.  just fell asleep with my son and woke up.  going back to bed.  ugh  life is sooo busy. 

i am having to sell my house because of no child support and may go into foreclosure soon.  veryy stressful - but this is ridiculous.  going on a week now of pain!!

I am so sorry you are going through such a stressful time. My youngest son used to have terrible neck pains from stress at his old school. Sometimes it was so bad he couldn't turn his head. We used muscle relaxers at night and anti-inflammatories 24/7 until we could transfer him to a better school. The pains went away the first week at the new school. I hope you can find some way to ease the pain soon!

Yes, I have had those too when I am stress, we tend to tense up our muscles in our shoulders, back, etc...

I too would take muscle relaxers and Ibuprofen to help it.

I'm sorry that you are going through so much right now H.N. I think you just got some good advice from SZM. I'm sure that once your stress levels drop (ha ha right?) you will get some relief. I used to get chronic headaches from my neck tension, all due to stress.
My prayers, thoughts and hugs go out to you now. I am really hoping that you can stay in your house too...if you don't mind me asking, have you appealed to your loan-holder? In some cases, they are willing to work with you regarding your special circumstances.

Wishing you the best right now, as you are going through so much and it is no wonder you are having stress/anxiety issues.

I also go through neck pain when super anxious from stress, and I am also sore after seeing my chiro. about the only thing that helps me is doing some light yoga and then some of the relaxation exercises.
