Hey Scaredofswine, i recently started celexa 5 1/2 weeks ago and the first few weeks i did feel the light headed, elevator feeling in the back of my head, also it was irritating because it felt numb and un-workable, those lasted a few weeks, although im not sure about the withdrawls im guessing those same symptoms would be because of the celexa and also the leg pain, numbness, dizzyniss all sound like what i had when i started the med. also the pressure of the chest and arms sometimes feel numb and very small pains. in my oppinion i think thats the panic trying to make you mad. All of those symptoms sound like anxiety to me, but if you are having/had an attack and you want medical attention do not be imbarrased about calling an ambulance or going to er because its your body, they have to look at you and examine you no matter what they think. and they might think anxiety/panic is silly but all of us here know its no laughing matter, i was quite with mine alot because i felt "imbarrased" or thought people would think im crazy, but i learned to have myself treated the way i wanted to be treated.
Hope you get treated quickly and start feeling better
Ty
