If you're able to, you might want to check in with a doctor. Like JP said, it does sound similar to migraine. I have those symptoms from anxiety, too.
You could try the breathing exercises in the resources page. If it's stress related, they might help.
One thing I notice that differentiates between my stress headaches and my true migraines is that my true migraines seem to go on forever. My stress headaches only last portions of the day. Also, I usually am aware of my stress when I have the headaches. That may not be the case for everyone, though.
If you can find time for meditation at some point during your day, it might help. Just search "meditation for beginners" online and you'll find lots of ideas. Even if it doesn't help the headaches, it might help with some of the other stress.
Also, if you choose to go to a doctor, you can tell them that you do not wish to take medications.
