Hi,
My name is Gian,
46 from East London. Iv'e been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety for about Ten years now,depression too i'm afraid, wears you down I guess..

Will be nice to chat to new friends in the same boat!

Welcome to HealingWell, It's Saturday here and most people are gone for a three day weekend, but by
tuesday you should start getting responses from many of out members, there is good help here, take a

Thank You all for the really warm welcome.
I have never discussed the way I feel on a Forum before.
I'm hoping it will be like a breath of fresh air for me.The fact that I can talk with like minded people is something i'm looking forward too, iv'e been suffering inside for far to long.

Welcome Volante, nice to have you join us. You might see me in the depression forum, the diabetes forum, as well as the osteoarthritis forum. I try to spread myself around and meets lots of folks.

I also suffer severe neuropathy in both feet and hands. Thank goodness for good doctors and good medicine. I live in e. texas and we have terrible heat and humidity. I take meds that dont do well in the heat so I swim in the morning and then again at dusk and watch the sun set.

I have one Son and a new grandson. They live close by but we visit not as much as I would like to. The babies name is Hunter, he weighed 9 1/2 lbs and 22"long. Dear April ended up haveing a C section after 15 hours of labor, bless her heart. She is a dear sweet girl and she is a nursing mother. I have tried to hold back being a neusense. Im sure when she goes back to work and to school I will see him often. I am doing my best to get in better shape myself as I would love to be his nanny, for FREE. HOW can they pass that up

Congratulations on the birth of your Grandson, sounds like you have a wonderful family around you.
Sorry to hear your suffering with the heat there in Texas, i agree, swimming sounds like a great idea. We don't have much of a heat problem hear in England, more of a rain problem really!
