I am not a doctor, so this isn't any type of medical recommendation,...I'm merely sharing some personal thoughts with you.
You mention your symptoms are worse when you're lying down, and they dissipate when you get up and move around.
Have you considered getting up and moving around more? Sometimes when we're too inactive, for too long, hormones in our body start to get out of balance along with our becoming severely deconditioned. When that happens, when we then try to be active, it's much harder, physiologically, on our body, compared to if we're active every day.
A possibility,-- provided your doctor OK's it, -- is to exercise every single day. That can be as simple as walking for 30 minutes one or two times a day. It won't be easy in the beginning, but try it for 2 weeks and see if some of your symptoms subside.
Some of the symptoms you're describing sound to me (my non-medical mind) like lethargy and lack of activity. Plus, getting out there and moving around, you're not sitting here over-focusing on your symptoms.
