In some of my previous other posts, I mentioned getting them from Kindergarten, and I still get them now at 50 years old.
The difference is understanding them and coping with them much better using self help techniques.
Have you had a thorough medical check up, especially by a neurologist? Did they do an MRI and/or CT Scan?
Even a neck XRay would be helpful to a degree.
If all the diagnostics and exams are negative, CBT is a great way to safely work through them.
Like I said, mine have come and gone for almost 50 years, (I started getting them quite early),...the difference being, the more I've learned to understand them, and sometimes even enjoy them, the less frequently they occur.
