Day 16 on Lexapro

Morning all!

Day 16 on Lexapro and feel like i might be making a good turn. Happy to report I hit the 24 hour hour mark with NO xanax and I was able to eat breakfast this morning for the first time in WEEKS. This past week has been HELL after increasing to 10mg but I'm feeling optimistic for the first time since starting the med. I know I still have a couple rough weeks ahead with up and downs but I'm relieved to finally have what feels like "my normal self" back this morning. I'm doing my happy dance over here and hope the situation continues to improve. :)
