ever get the feeling like there's a toast crumb stuck in your throat?

okay I just had a chocolate covered pretzel some chip crumbs that were in the bottom of the bag and I took two aspirin with honey all of a sudden I feel like I have a toast crUmb stuck in my throat. This is happened before a few times and when I breathe iN I feel it on one side but it won't clear no matter what I do. now I can't go to sleep because it causes a panic feeling. anybody else experienced this and know what it is? Hate it!!

Have you checked for a tonsil stone? These things are annoying and feel like something is stuck in your throat until they un-lodge themselves.
Even if you don't have tonsils you can still get these little stones. Grab a flashlight and a mirror, take a look.

And then you could of also scratched your throat with a chip or whatever. Which will leave you feeling like something is stuck for a couple days. :)

I have scratched my throat eating pizza crust. Crazy right? It left my throat feeling that way for a few days. :)

yeah I'm sure it's no big deal it just has me panicking for some reason I also feel super bloated and I have acid reflux but it doesn't feel like a burning feeling chips tonight cheese dip. just such a strange feeling when I breathe and it feels like some things just sitting there that won't move I hate it so bad

yeah I don't see anything back there at all its like its above where you can see. we also just painted my bedroom today and it kinda smells a little bit but it's happened before when I didn't paint so I'm sure that's not it

its so hard to explain how it feels like when its really cold outside and you breathe n it kind of feels like that in one area of my throat. sucks cuz I have to go to work in the morning and I can't go to sleep now

Try drinking something warm. Maybe hot tea. So if something is there it may loosen it up.
