Oh RN, I didn't take it any sort of way. I was thinking that you thought my panic attacks only lasted 10 minutes, that's all.

I'm very proud of you for sticking it out as long as you could. It's not going to be easy, I can tell you that much, but you CAN do it.

I still have trouble sometimes when it comes to driving, but I make myself do it.

:) ok I just didn't want up offend anyone ☺ and thank you for replying and encouraging you guys and this is not easy but knowing that people suffer with this and they still have to live and take care of their families while they are suffering man on man we are some strong people , facing our fears everyday .
I'm going to take my son to school tomoorw even though I had a panic attack going there today I'm going to stick it out and go I'm going try to face the fear and hopefully I will be ok 😖
