Panic Disorder, Anxiety and Depression suck!!

I have anxiety and panic disorder on and off for 14+ years. Lately it's been very tough and I feel alone, I'm just wondering who's going through the same and if you can share somethings that help.

Can't share anything that will "help". My husband has anxiety and panic attacks < I have depression RA/ FM and a bunch of other downright irritating things going on that make life for both us sometimes unbearable. But I CAN tell you there is a great support network here. We have to deal with things that " normal" people just don't have a clue how bad it is to have this burden. But we have an awesome support tool here. Even if you just post how frustrated you are ... You will find a sympathic ear and kind encouragement.

We all have similar anxiety related issues and we understand you very well. I have been struggling with Health anxiety and Panic Disorder for a long while now. I am on medication and trying CBT and I am hopeful about that therapy.

Do you mind if I ask if you are on any type of antidepressants or meds to help anxiety? Or any therapy?

We have a great Resource Guide here...full of amazing self help materials to work on for anxiety management. Find it on the main page, first post, and see if you can pick up some new tools.

I can also second the recommendation of therapy I'd you've not already done so. I personally benefitted from it immensely.
