I'm sorry you went thru this last night, I hope you are having a good day regardless of it though. It very well is probably night time anxiety, I use to wake up out of the blue, having really bad anxiety. I recommend next time it happens to get on youtube and look up a mindfulness video and watch it, it will bring you back to the here and now and hopefully lessen your symptoms.
